You haven't just lost my business but many of my friends & relatives that I referred to Minibox. It saddens me to write this as Minibox have been the best I have ever used in the past, but no longer sadly. In the new site, all the great backgrounds, embellishments, patterns, etc have all disappeared and all my old albums & photos have not been transferred over to new site ? I am very upset to have lost my old projects as now I cannot reprint. I don't understand why you wouldn't just keep what the old one has and add to it. There was no option to delete it like a normal account so I looked up minbox.email and found an Apple discussion forum on it. Great graphics (backgrounds, frames, embellishments, etc), great layouts, good printing quality, no problems. Anyway I checked email settings on the phone and there was an email account that was not my mom's with an address that went something like 'FirstnameLastname157minbox.email'. I have produced over 50 products with the old web site and loved it. Unfortunately as of January 2021, Minibox's old website no longer supports "flash player" and you are now redirected to their "new & improved" website (as they say). lost over TEN years of albums !!! cannot repurchase if my albums are lost or damaged cant edit cannot gift an album to family. Finally, Clean Email gives you the option to apply your actions automatically in the future so you don’t have to repeat them ever again.
